View over the docks looking north and taken from a height; the old entrance to the docks is at centre picture, with the clock tower to the right; in the distance Sarsfield bridge is visible. Reverse printed in brown; at centre top "Valentine's" above two tangential globes set on the background of a large V, with "Famous/ throughout/ the world" on three banners across the globes; vertical centre line; left of centre "For correspondence" to right "For address only"; box at top right for stamp in which "Printed in Eire". Unposted and unused. Pencil dealer's marks, "Lim" at top left and "£3" at bottom to left of centre.
