Postcard, b/w, matt; white margin around; title in left of bottom margin, "St. Mary's Convent Bruff, Co. Limerick,-The Grotto. View shows the grotto, a man made arch with the Virgin above and Bernadette below both in among the plants. Reverse printed in brown; central vertical division line with "Sanbride" reading up immediately to right of division; to right of centre "Post Card/ The address to be/ written Here." Unposted and unused. Dealer's pencil mark at top right "[pound sign]1".
