Medal, gold. Circular medal with scroll-work at top under suspension ring, with one loose ring in suspension ring. Obverse has a shield at centre with engraved city arms, set on an engraved floral field, with "Limerick Co. Championship 1911" on the outer ring. Hallmarked at bottom; to left of centre "T. Broil"; to right, four marks, from left to right , Hibernia, "A", "9" and ".375" (N.B. the date letter is for 1916). Reverse, "DM" in shield at centre, on floral field, with "Won by Commercials F.C./ D. Mangan" on the outer ring.
