Medal, gold; Limerick senior hurling 1931 awarded to P Scanlan. Circular with projection for suspension at top, with one ring, and slight projections at the other quarters. Obverse; at centre the head of a high cross with ring, and "1931" inscribed on boss at centre; legend around "Luch buaidhte/Iomanaidheachta Luimnighe" inside an outer band of interlace ornament. Reverse engraved "Craobh Iomainiochta Luimnighe/ Sinnsear/ P. O' Scannlain"; hallmarked at bottom, to left "H & H" to right, Hibernia, "PV" for 1931, and "9 .375".
