Drawing, architect's; copy, black on white, and hand coloured "Coiste Chuimhniuchain Luimni", design proposal for 1919-1921 Memorial; plans, perspective and elevation, dated 2nd Nov 1966. No makers name but by cf. with LM1991.290.5, S.O.P. O Ceallachain's design. Scale, a quarter inch to a foot. Inscribed on reverse in blue ball-point "Limerick Memorial" twice and "O'Callaghan Strand". Folded in half the in half two times. A tear in one edge has been repaired with clear sticky tape
