Postcard, colour, glossy. Titled "Sarsfield Bridge, Limerick" at top left, with "56303 J.V[in a circle]" at bottom right. The view shows the bridge with the rowing clubs, seen from about Howley's Quay; a two masted boat is tied up to the quay on the left with "Ant??? Littlehampton" on the stern; a rowing boat is tied up next to it; a lone figure stands on the quay looking at the boat. Reverse printed in grey-green; at top centre "Valentine's series/ famous/ throughout/ the/ world/ Printed in Scotland", the word "through" is printed across two tangential globes showing the continents; "POST/ CARD" around the previous; vertical centre line; "Valentine Dublin" up left margin. Green halfpenny postage/revenue stamp of George V, side portrait at top right corner. Circular cancellation reads " Limerick/ 10 PM/ 13 AU/ 5."
