Postcard, colour, glossy, entitled "St. John's Cathedral, Limerick". The view shows the west front of the cathedral taken from next to the wall of the other St. John's near John's Square. The fountain is at the left margin, and a little girl sits on a bollard at bottom left; a group of people stands outside the railings in front of the cathedral looking at the camera. Reverse printed in black; "POST CARD" at centre, with vertical line below; "This space may be used for communication" to left; "The address only to be written here" to the right; rectangular box at top right corner for stamp. Unposted and unused.
