Skewer, Limerick silver, by William Fitzgerald, c 1800. Decoration on one side extending approx. half the length; bright cut on the blade with a row of arrows pointing up to an oval engraved "MBL" with engraved crest above, of a coronet with three plumes; rope moulding around ring. Three marks on reverse below the ring; WFG in a rectangle; a fleur-de-lis and "Sterling".
