Postcard, b/w, matt. "The Old Bridge, Limerick. 205". View printed within a green frame. View shows the spans of Thomond Bridge taken from the Clare side, from below the wall on Clancy Strand, close to the bridge, the "Toll House is to the left of the picture and the northern part of King John's Castle dominates the right of picture, while Castle Street runs up the centre of picture to join Nicholas St. The reverse is printed in black, upside down in relation to the view. Reverse reads "POST CARD" at centre top, with horizontal lines over and below, and a central vertical line; left of vertical reads "This space may be used for writing"; right "Use this space for Address only"; rectangular box for stamp at top right. The card has not been used or posted. Pencilled dealer's marks.
