Typewritten copy of lease of premises at Sir Harry's Mall Limerick by the Governors &c of the County of Limerick Infirmary to Richard Gleeson. Dated 20th November 1877. Written on 3 of four sheets of paper with wide red ruled left margin, the fourth side being blank and forming an outer wrapper when folded. Outer wrapper annotated with contents. Text has one red comment where a word is missing and several pencil annotations. The pages are held together at the top left with a piece of parchment through which passes a copper alloy paper fastener. The parchment is made from a recycled document, with three red ruled lines on the front and fragments of text in black ink on the back.

Persons etc in document; Richard Gleeson of Athlunkard St., Pig Buyer renting yard with five old houses partly in ruins formerly used by William Hickey as a pottery yard and latterly occupied by Daniel Quilty. Witnessed Francis Kearney Solicitor and Charles Elliott and signed James Spaight for the Governors. Memorial added that the deeed was entered in the Registry Office, T.M. Ray A.R.
