Map, photograph of, from set of estate of Edward Hoare in the city of Limerick by John Appleyard, 1747. No. 20. Premises fronting onto High Street, opposite Castle Street, bounded on N by Flag Lane; parish of St Munchin's. 1 August 1747. Alderman Robert Twigg now Widow Wilkinson's holding. Set by Lord Blessington, in 1700, to Twigg who left it to his daughter Margaret now widow of George Wilkinson; lease renewed by Richard Hoare and again by Elizabeth Hoare. Mears on the north with Flagg lane, on west with High Street opposite Castle Street, on south with Croaker (Croker) estate tenanted by Robert Cammell; and on east by Ingoldsby Estate tenanted by Owen Clancy Maltster. Householders etc. Widow Wilson, Widow Walcott, Daniel McInerney, Joseph Holland. Pencil note at top right; I rather think these held by reps of F Fosberry, if so rent paid by John Jephson? Dublin.
