Map, photograph of, from set of estate of Edward Hoare in the city of Limerick by John Appleyard, 1747. No. 12. Premises fronting onto N side of Quay Lane, bounded on N by a back lane and on E by the Mayoralty House, in St Mary's parish, Englishtown. 1 August 1747. Set by Lord Blessington, 1700 to James Jaques, assigned to Thomas urk who demised it to John Roch merchant who keeps it as a storehouse. Mearing Quay Lane on south, part of the Blessington estate set to Alderman Robert Cripps, north , a back lane and east the Mayoralty house. Comment at top, I think sold to Bridge Street Commissioners.
