Printed label, black on white, "Physicians Prescriptions and Family Recipes carefully/ prepared with Genuine Drugs./ Paregoric elixir./ From the George's Street Medical Hall./ J. O'Shaughnessy, Proprietor." About three quarters full with opaque amber-brown liquid.
