Across bottom; Limerick City/ A lovely view of one of Limerick's finest buildings, the shannon Rowing CLub, a listed Georgian building. Its/ poorer cousin in the foreground, the red bricked 19th century Limerick Boat Club. Both situated on an island/ in the River Shannon connected to Sarsfield Bridge. In the background can be seen the majestic medieval/ tower of St. Mary's Cathedral, the domed St Mary's church and Limerick County Courthouse. Not used.
