Under printed head of The Irish Volunteers, Headquarters, 2 Dawson Street, Dublin; letter, typescript copy, of 9th Oct 1915 from Bulmer Hobson to, A chara, re proposed meeting of General Council on 17th Oct.. Printed head with bilingual text, Irish to left, English to right. Has been folded in half then in three. Watermark, Ballyclare/ Co Antrim. Damp stained with purple-red at edges.
