This stone dates/ between 2500-2000 BC./ The highest slab (portal) is 2m the capstone measures approx. 3.6. x 2m./ [copyright sign] Irish Photo Craft, Photo H.B. Cross; five address lines. Red and black Eire 28p stamp, treasures of Ireland series showing a crosier. Lisdoonvarna [in Irish] postmark, 3-8-95. Addressed to B. Hodkinson, Cragg, Birdhill, Co. Tipp, from Graham, Maire, Ewan and Rosa stating they have arrived in Burren and are impressed.
