McCarthy?, Town Clerk, Cork, 10th Sept 1886, to Town Clerk Limerick, suggesting Limerick, Cork Waterford and Clonmel co-ordinate their presentations of the freedom to Gladstone. Marked "Acknowledged 10/9/86 ACW". Single sheet folded in half, printed so fold at right side. Purple head; an oval with a sailing ship between two towers, at centre, and "Town Clerk's Office/ Cork" around, purple lines. Written on first and last side. Watermarks; Crowned DLR monogram; "Imperial/ Treasury/ De La Rue".
