Resolution at Limerick Philosophical and Literary Society special meeting 20 Nov 1843, James J Fisher, chairman: Mr Unthank, at the committee meeting on Thur 23 inst, read from a paper serious charges of misconduct against the secretary and the majority of the council, the truth of which they deny: resolved that the chairman write to Mr Unthank calling on him to bring his charge before a special general meeting in order that they may have an opportunity of refuting them, and that for that purpose he be required to furnish to the council at their meeting of Thur 30 inst a copy of the paper he read to the meeting.
