Each roll is made of four sheets of blue paper stuck end to end. There is a single column of names on each roll with the amount given. Watermark: Swiftbrook Mills and Britannia in crowned oval. A small newspaper cutting listing the committee members is attached to the English list. The bottom of the Irish list is torn and some (but no names) is missing. Names to be added
