Printed black on white with blue lines and red columns below head. Partial watermark "Oc[eana]/ F[ine]". Made out in ms. 1-7-1901 to Borough Council. Annotated in red and signed byJ.J. Peacocke. Stampduty postage stamp removed?. partial signature of J. Daly and also M.Hayes for Ryan and sons. Rubber stamped that received in town clerks 6-8-1901.
