Printed black on white with blue lines and columns under the head. Made out in ms 14-11-1911, for repairing pane in Mr Molloys office. Annotated in red. Rubber stamped and signed that correct by J.J. Peacocke. Signed by Sexton that paid. Signed by Mayor Ryan. Also stamped "J.A.B."
