Teapot stand, Limerick silver, by William Fitzgerald. Small oval tray with convex edge and flat everted rim. Four short feet soldered to the underside of the rim each one-third of length from the end, each a tapering strip with outcurved end. At centre top a crest, a bare arm, bent at the elbow, holding a scimitar horizontally (possibly Bruce, Bryce, Martin or MacNamara), within a bright cut double circle ornamented with rosebuds, thistle ornament at each side. Mark, on the centre of the underside, WFG in rectangle surrounded by four fleur-de-lis.
