Form. Licence application for a slaughterhouse. Single sheet of paper folded in half printed on all sides; the fouth side printed on one quarter only to form outer side when folded in four. Printed H & E Ashe, Printers, Limerick. Watermark of a Hibernia figure in a crowned oval; also "Swift Brook/ Unique/ Ledger". Filled out in black ink by Bart Gallivan 6 Lelia St 2-1-1928 and addressed To J. Peacocke
