View across the River Shannon, with falls at right, two and a half spans of Thomond Bridge at left and King Johns Castle on far side of river. Reverse printed in black, "Post Card" at centre top with shield under reading "Signal/ Series/ E & S Ltd/ D & B"; down centre as division "This is a real Photograph"; to left "Correspondence, to right "Address Only". Unused.
