Axehead, stone. Highly polished black limestone? Oval cross-section, pointed butt. Both edges convex in outline. Both faces are convex from the cutting edge to the butt. The cutting edge is only slightly convex, with very slight chipping. Perfectly polished except for a slight rough depression on one face at the cutting edge. Almost perfectly symmetrical on all planes. Neolithic L. 9.6 W. cutting edge 4.81 T. max 2.53 H.9 handwritten in yellow ink on one face
