View shows river running at right side and road at left, with stone boundary wall between;shops and houses against left side of road; six cars parked by left pavement, one, possibly two, VW Beetles. Reverse printed in black, at centre top a quadrilateral with opposed indented sides, in which "Oriel/ Greeting Cards" in front of an oriel window; vertical division line below with four lines for address to right; box for stamp at top right. Unposted. "£1" in pencil in stamp box.
