Postcard, b/w matt, landscape format, white margin around view. Title in bottom margin at left "William Street, Limerick". View down the street towards river from c. Wickham Street corner, with Boyd's slightly left of centre; carts alongside both pavement, with lorry at right corner, many pedestrians on both pavements, two carts in roadway in middle distance, barrel by left pavement at front. Reverse printed in dark brown; "Post Card" at centre top, with vertical division below; up left edge "Published by George McKern & Sons, Printers, Limerick"; left of centre "For Correspondence"; to right "For Address"; box for stamp at top right. Pencil dealer's mark at top right "£7.50" Unposted and unused.
