Printed form headed "Post Office Telegraphs", with Royal Coat of Arms with "Eyre & Spottiswoode, London" under in box at top left; at top right No. of Telegraph blank, with below circular office stamp "NE. 10 Oxford St. B.O./ 11/ AU22/ 96", stuck twice. Handed in at "The Markets Limerick" with time and time of receipt. Message: "Wire received from Augustine J. Costelloe Sanfrancisco Congratulations to John Crowe." Stained at right side; repaired with white adhesive label at two points on reverse.
