P. 1, horizontal lining; p. 2 columns headed "Regtl./ No.", "Name and Rank" and "Address; p. 3, left half columned under headings "Date/Enrolled", "Date/ Transfer'd" and "Section", right half close paced columns; pp. 4-8 close spaced columns. This pattern repeated three more times through book. Only the first and part of second filled out. In filled out section the right edge of p. 3 has "1916" in red ink over, and the columns are headed in red "Jan" through to "Dec", rest of page and p. filled out in black ink.
