Book, pamphlet; "Catholic Emancipation / Considered / On Protestant Principles, / in / a letter / to Lord Liverpool, K.G. / from an / Irish Member of Parliament" by Thomas Spring Rice; published by Richard Milliken and Son, 104 Grafton Street, Dublin 1827. 36pp., no cover but marks down spine where binding and cover have been torn off. On 1st and 3rd page under the title "by Thomas Spring Rice" in pencil; page 3 also inscribed "Match". Stamped on page 4, in black, poorly reproduced; an oval wreath with crowned Harp at centre With "Dublin Library Society / 1791" around the harp; same stamp repeated on pages 6 and 36. First side also marked "2" in black ink and in pencil "£28" a dealer's mark.
