Print, cartoon, brown on cream paper, mounted. Titled "The Bulk of the Bishops." shows a very fat man, bishop, in top hat with cudgel labelled "Boycott" in one hand a cross labelled "Down with O'Dwyer" in the other and Freeman's Journal and another paper labelled "Plan" tucked into his coat, shielding two bearded men, ?John Dillon and William O'Brien, who look over his shoulder. On the reverse, page numbered 26, is another cartoon titled "Ulster Planters Beware" showing a gentleman with a bag labelled "From Ulster" standing in front of landlord and bailiff's graves, with peasant figure in background carrying rifle with banner tied to it reading "Plan of Campaign". Grey-brown mount with gold outline, with "1890" date of print?, in ball-point on reverse. Page held to mount with clear sticky tape across top and at one bottom corner. Framed April 1998; gold painted wood; Chris Doswell sticker on reverse
