Scene shows 12 men, mostly seated, on a dais at one end of the room, with two men with notepads, ?reporters, sat on steps at left; in front of dais is a railed area inside which are ?officials sat around a table, outside the rail in the right foreground is a group of 7 policemen, while at front right a man sits on a stool grasping his top hat. Reverse has no Irish interest, Court, church and universities reports over three columns. Full page print. Cream mount; print held with masking tape all round; traces on back suggest mount previously used for something else; at top and bottom print stops just short of the opening and the small gap sealed by tape. Framed April 1998, gold painted wood. Chris Doswell framer's sticker on reverse.
