View looking towards the land from rocks, with a ledge of rock in middle left distance with beach beyond running to right edge; an adult and two children are on the beach; at top of the beach is a row of c 6 bathing huts; behind them is a large white building with a house to its right and a caravan to the right again in the dunes. Reverse printed in green; at centre top "Dennis/ Productions", with "Post" to left and "Card" to right; vertical central division line running from double underlining; up left edge "E.T.W. Dennis & Sons, Ltd., London and Scarborough."; to left of centre "Correspondence"; to right "Address only"; at centre bottom "C.1701 Newcolour"; box for stamp at top right; under bottom edge of box "Printed in Gt.
