Condy in Castle Street, Cork." 2 parts separately numbered but bound as one volume; part 1, two fly leaves, plus 14 pp. introduction plus 56pp text plus one page advertisement; part 2, 4pp introduction and 68pp text, plus single end fly sheet. Lacking covers. First title page inscribed "Miss Kirby" in black ink, also "222" over "20", and p1 of Part 1 has "Antony" also in black ink.
