Postcard, b/w sepia toned, glossy; narrow white margin around; title in view at bottom left "Railway Station, Knocklong, Co. Limerick. View taken from above ground level, looking back towards the station, with sidings and signal to right of main line; there are three separate sets of goods wagons in the sidings at right; the main station building is on the right side of the main line, partially hidden behind the signal station; there is a train in the station on the line away from the main building heading away from camera; there is a footbridge over the main line in the station; there is another line to the left of the main line with two or three flat bed coal wagons on it. Reverse printed in black; "Post Card" at centre top with vertical dividing line below; up left edge "Published by Mrs. V.P. Harris, Post Office, Knocklong"; left of centre "For Correspondence" to right "The address only to be written here"; box for stamp at top right corner in which "Printed/ in Germany" in bottom of box. Unposted and unused. Pencil dealer's marks "Lim" at top left, "G.S. & W." in centre of message space, and "£18" at bottom to left of centre.
