Pike head, iron. Parallel sided with pronounced central rounded rib; tanged with circular perforation at the square end of the tang; sloping shoulder from tang to blade. Appears to be made of three square rods welded together and the two outer rods hammered flat to form the cutting edges, and flattened along the tang to leave two grooves on either side.
