Postcard, Colour, glossy, white margin across bottom, in which titled at left "Adare Manor, Co. Limerick, Ireland", with at right "Photo: D. Noble, John Hinde Studios" View shows the manor house from directly across the Maigue, with weir in river just right of centre. Reverse printed in grey except for red rectangle; bottom left red rectangle with outline map of Ireland, with location dot and arrow on Adare; to right of rectangle; "Adare Manor, home of the Earls of Dunraven/ and Mount Earl, was designed by the Second Earl/ who commenced the building in 1832. It is reputed/ to have taken 30 years to complete and the East side/ is seen here with the River Maigue in the foreground./ On the left of the picture is seen an exceptionally/ large Cedar of Lebanon. The house and grounds/ are open to the public from May to September on/ weekdays (except Saturdays) and on Sunday afternoons."; below previous at bottom left "Printed and Published by John Hinde Limited, Cabinteely, Co.
