Medal, gold, 9c. Circular with projecting lobes of shamrock at each quarter. Suspension ring at top, with loose ring in. Obverse; at centre a shield displaying three crowns, the Munster provincial arms; banner over reads "I.R.F.U." and on banner below "Munster Challenge Cup"; all previous inside a decorative border of celtic interlace between shamrocks at each corner. Reverse; Engraved "Constitution F.C./ 1933/ P.J. Delany/ Forward"; stamped "C.Cromer/ Limerick", hallmarked at bottom, Hibernia, "R" =1933, and "9 .375"
