Postcard, b/w sepia toned; matt , with narrow white margin around. titled at bottom to the left, "Shannon Rowing Club, Limerick". View of the building from Sarsfield Bridge looking north-eastwards; the building dominating the shot so little recognisable in background. There seems to have been two processes in the printing with brown over grey, and the two are slightly misaligned to give a blurred effect. Reverse printed in dark brown; at centre top a shield inside of which reads "Signal/ Series/ E & S Ltd." with "Trade" over and "Mark" under; double vertical dividing line below; "Post" to left of shield "Card" to right; to left "Correspondence; to right Address. Unposted and unused. Pencil inscription at top left "Lim" dealer's mark.
