Address, illuminated, printed, framed. "Address to Mrs. J. McCarthy, organist, on the occasion of the Solemn Opening of St. Augustine's New Church, Limerick., Sunday December 20th., 1942". Printed in red, blue, green and gold on white. Text within an ornate border with wide margins around the outside. Border is rectangular with curved base; in centre top under a scroll inscribed "Eire" is a harp on a gold shield surrounded by shamrocks; in the bottom corners are the arms of the provinces, Ulster and Munster bottom left, Leinster and Connacht on the right, both surrounded by shamrocks; the connecting borders are decorated with interlace.
